138 rods recorded 656 trout caught for rod average 4.7
A number of overwintered fish were reported this week with the largest weighing 8lb, T Pegg recorded rainbows of 4lb, 4lb8oz, 4lb9oz
Our most productive areas continue to be the shallows opposite the lodge, wood bank and around to the lonesome pine with the farm bank starting to produce a few more fish every week
Some anglers are catching on buzzer & diawl bach but in the main a weighted damsel, Montana or cats whisker is still favourite.
If your coming to fish the bank we recommend you bring waders.
