Thornton Weekly update week ending 8th September
Another mixed week with anglers catching on daddies & hoppers while others found success with minkie boobies.
The area in front of the dam down to the orange buoys continue to be the area that the majority of anglers are heading to, but it wont be long especially with the distinct change in the weather we will see the trout start to move into the arms.
Buzzers, daddies & large sedge hatches are giving us an evening rise but it can all happen in that last half hour.
Our last four hours fishing 1 fish kill + Catch & Release £10 and a rowing boat £4.00 offers great value.

Full Day Boats 8.30am – 8.00pm
Part Day Boats 8.30am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Last 4 Hour 4.00pm – 8.00pm
